TNT sport not working on TV

Recently moved to EE from BT. I am still using the BT youview box. Part of my TV package is the sports package but I can't watch it. I keep getting these error messages . BTP-15001 and IPC6007. When I look up what they are or try to fix it but nothing. I have reset the box, software is updated. Any ideas as to what to do. I am currently paying for something I can't use .

Just to be sure, is it normal TNT Sports you're trying to view here, or the HD version?
TNT Sports in HD is only available on certain Sport packages, so will give an error if you try to view these without the relevant subscription.
Have you had a chance to check these error codes in the fault code checker too?
This is a BT page, but the error codes are identical across both brands so it should give you a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
