Automatically delete watched saved recordings

Could anyone tell me if there is a setting whereby I can automatically delete saved recordings that I have watched?

There is not.

The only user changeable options on the EE TV Box Pro is turning ‘Auto Delete’ on or off (only works when the hard drive is nearly full), or turning on an option to confirm you want to delete a recording, as there isn’t a way to retrieve a deleted recording like on some other platforms.

Both are in Settings > Recordings.
