Have you been able to try to connect on both mobile data and WiFi?

Is it possible to try another device as well?

If the same thing carries on after trying this, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, so they can help to get the subscription working for you.

Have you been able to try logging in to your account through the website to see if you are able to add Apple TV+ that way?

thanks for the advice but i get stuck in a link doom loop when I follow anything related to Apple tv or manage tv , it all ends in the same place...nowhere
