Why are EE having so much issue upgrading my broadband?

At the start of the month, I  tried upgraded my Broadband deal from Full Fibre 500 to Full FIbre Gigabit essentials and on 2 occasions so far, it passed the activation date and I had to phone up, for them tell me my upgrade got "stuck" and they cancelled the order and did a new one to try and solve the issue.

I'm now on my third attempt and the activation day was suppose to be today and guess, what, the order is doing the same, aka order says "pending" with no real update and I have a feeling it is going to get "stuck" again.

What is causing this? I don't want to have to phone up for a THIRD time for them to yet again, cancel the order, have to go through all the customer service spiel about my new order, for it to potentially happen a FOURTH time!

Do you still have a FF500 connection?

Yup just as I thought, it has not activated for a third time.

This is beyond a joke now. Might cancel my broadband with EE all together now.
