I've been on Sky Broadband for about 3 years, never had an issue accessing Ticketmaster...
I switched to EE about a month ago and EVERY time I try and access Ticketmaster to buy tickets it thinks I'm a bot and blocks my access. Does anyone else suffer from this and is there a way to solve it?
I assume EE are routing my access point to a common point where multiple people are joining from, so Ticketmaster thinks the IP address has hundreds of connections so blocks them all under its bot policy. If I do an IP location look up from google, some sites have my location as hundreds of miles away, a few get within 30 miles, but none are that accurate.
Cheers.

Hi there @DodgeGT
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you restart the router can you access the Ticketmaster site?
Could you check the site is not blocked, details can be found in the Using parental controls on EE | Broadband Help page.
Speak soon.

Geo-location services are not infallible so I wouldn't read too much into that.
As an ardent 'gig goer', I've actually noticed this of late too. I don't think it's anything to do with routing though as EE broadband customers are assigned their own unique public IPv4 addresses and EE don't use CGNAT or any other sharing mechanisms.
I've a feeling it might be something Ticketmaster are doing; I don't hold them in the highest regard at the best of times 😉
