Like many others the free trial of Apple TV does not seem to be working. I have had two conversations, last one I was promised details of how long it would be to sort and also a direct number to save the 20 to 30 minutes wait, but have heard nothing back
The link on the app does not work. When I log on via the website it does not even show the option to activate. I have tried both app and website on multiple devices, with WiFi and mobile data.
I have not had a free trial either.
Anyone have any ideas??

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your free Apple TV+ set up.
What happens when you text TV PLUS to 150? Do you get a text back?

I don't have an EE mobile so texting 150 does not work.

Thanks for clarifiying @StevePM495, is Apple TV showing as an active add-on or add-on available to add when accessing your online account on the website going to Plans and subscriptions> Manage TV & Sport or Manage> Manage TV & Sport via the app, in the TV Extras section ?
When you mention the link in the app, is that a link to activate or add? When clicking the link what is happening, does it take you to the Apple TV website and what does it show if so?

Strangely it only appears on the app, it is not an option when I log on via the website. I have attached what I see when I try on the app

@StevePM495 Ah I see, if you check back on your phone, when you initially added it did you receive any activation text from us, as it should be able to activate either via the activate button in the EE app or via the activation link sent out via text.
If the link in the app is not taking you to the apple website, and that is the same when logged in to the app in different devices, and you had no link come out by text, it would require speaking to our team again on the number you have to get an update on the issue.
