Another question regarding new pro box. SD and HD recordings .........

So have new tv pro box. We schedule a recording, but it records the HD and the SD channel. So we end up with two recordings of the same program. Doesn't matter what program or which channel. Any ideas people?

How, exactly, do you schedule it? And is this in Aerial Mode or Internet Mode?

And can you give one or two recent examples, or maybe set something tonight, so I can check the CRIDs tomorrow?

But before scheduling anything anew, can you go to Settings/Factory Reset, select the Keep Recordings Option, and action it?

Hi there, We use the Guide  and we use an aerial. Doesn't seem to matter what program and which channel. So tonight under "scheduled" we have silent witness on at 9. The box is set to record it in HD and SD, even though we have only chosen to record the HD version. We went to guide found the program and just pressed 'R'. Sent from my Galaxy
