Just wanting to add a tv to my phone bill and it keeps saying this.
Wondering why this has not been sorted and reason for it.

You may need to speak to customer service otherwise, not sure what you are trying to do to add TV to phone bill, please explain a little more if you need more help.

There is a Samsung TV and tnt sports package available. Which I was trying to purchase.
it basically says you can and the monthly charge to your phone bill then you go to add it and it says payment service not available. It's been like that for 4 days now.
Spoke to an advisor and they said they couldn't access it either.
I am presuming a technical fault but not a great look for EE.
