Hi
Just signed back up to the full works.
This evening I've been recording sky sports racing. It's my only recording this evening.
Been watching the Gloucester v Bristol rugby match on tnt. Needed to do something so thought I would record it and watch the rest later. When I press record it says I have too many recordings? But I'm only recording 1!
What's going on? Can anyone explain
Thanks in advance

Just stopped recording the racing.
Tried to record 2 ip Channels at the same time again and it won't let me.
Can record 3 aerial channels and one ip channel.
I thought you can record 2 ip channels on aerial mode?

@johnbhoy1979 The box pro is capable of receiving 2 IP channels so you should be able to watch one whilst recording another or record 2 if not viewing one in either Aerial or IP mode setup.
So likely either a fault or some restriction due to your broadband. Are you using other EETV mini boxes ?
Also does the problem still exist if you restart your EE TV Box Pro .. ie hold EE Box power button for about 8 seconds so it restarts with the EE TV powered by Youview screens. (Only do this if you are prepared to interrupt your current recording)

Morning
Thank you for your reply.
I have one mini box in the bedroom. Im not sure if it was being used last night by my wife at the same time. Does that make a difference?
I will restart the box like you have said and see if that works.
Thank you

Tried again this morning.
Same problem. Mini box is disconnected upstairs.
Tried to record 2 ip channels and still says I have too many recordings.
I was on ip mode before I upgraded. When I upgraded I reverted to aerial mode via the soft reset when keeping my recordings. Could it be that I didn't do a full reset?

Well it does seem strange... From your opening post you were recording an ip channel (Racing) whilst watching another another (Rugby) when you attempted to record that programme whereupon you got the unexpected Too Many Recordings message.
So clearly it is not a issue watching one and recording another IP channels but is when attempt to record two. So the box is clearly receiving two IP streams at the same times.
Other possible unrelated events is that you needed assistance in making/ordering your upgrade to your TV package due to account issues.
The TNT Sport channels have recently not been providing the correct NOW/ NEXT signals at times which could affect the ability to set a recording of the current programme but I would expect a different message to be output if that was the case.
