My EE TV Contact runs out at the end of July. I phoned up to arrange for it to be cancelled on the said date. However the operator said that they could not do this, without charging me a cancellation fee and I had to phone back on June 30th. Is the the case?
I suspect that, if I wanted to arrange for the full works to be started at the end of July it would be done.

If a change is made now to remove something from your account, it takes effect from the end of the current month. If a change is made to add something, it takes effect immediately and is billed pro-rata on the next month's bill.
Either way, it's always based on the current month.
The system doesn't allow anything to be scheduled for future months.

Unless i have misintepreted the EE terms they do not allow you to flex(change) your TV package and addons (?) within the last 3 months on your current minimum term but will only allow you to start a fresh new minimum two year term.
