Adding a TV app

I appear to have “lost” Disney+ from my EE Vision Box.

How do I reinstate it please?

You haven't lost it, as you never had it - disney+ is currently not available on EE TV boxes.

Could it possibly be that @DavidJGW has got it confused with the Discovery plus app?

This was removed from the recordable, 4k recordable and the old multi room TV boxes earlier this year. 

If he still has an active TV subscription I believe he can phone up customer services and request a newer generation box?
