I am existing EE Broadband customer (with the busiest home bundle) and would like to add EETV. When I log into the website it advertises this as an option, but when I try to add it it says it’s not available on my contract yet. Does anyone know what the story is here? i.e. can I add it and if not when will I be able to? Calling the helpline hasn’t been able to shed any light on this to date. Thanks!

EE TV (& DV) are not available to the 1.6 Gig plans due to a provisioning issue with EE & it is not known when they will be.
