Hi, Apple TV is an add on service as part of my plan but it seems to have suddenly stopped working and I can no longer use it or log in to it. How do I rectify and why has this happened

Are you using the same email and password you registered with? Have you tried changing the password?
If you have tried this and still unable to log in, please give us a call, and the team will get this looked into for you 🙂

What happens when you try and log in? Do you get an error message?
Also, is the add-on still showing in your EE app?
