Hi. Can anyone help me. I have recently switched from Sky to EE.
I was told I could receive 6month free trial with Apple TV+. When I clink on the link to activate and am diverted to Apple to register, it says I have to pay from month one and doesn’t mention the free trial.
When I was with Sky I had a free month trial for this, would this be the reason why? or shouldn’t it make any difference?

Welcome to the community.
I don't believe that the previous free trial should have any impact on this, as it is a benefit from a new provider.
Were you trying to activate in the EE app or on the website?
Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again, or try another browser?
