2 tv boxes in house

I joined EE last week and was promised a mini box so i could watch in another room. I was sent two normal boxes. I cant watch Prime the same time as else someone watching Prime in another room. Both on wifi. Would it help if I connected to antenna?

I'm sorry to hear that this replacement box didn't resolve the problem. I recommend following the instructions on the text message that you received to speak with our complaints team. They'll be able to re-open your complaint and try and find another solution for you.
