Turn voicemail off remotely

Is there any way of turning the voicemail off remotely?  We have a EE sim card in a gate and for some reason the voicemail has been turned on in the last week so when you ring the gate its going to voicemail but we don't really want to have to take the gate box apart to get to the sim card to put it in a phone to turn if off.
