Hello,
I’m trying what’s suggested here. https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Archived-Posts/Turn-off-voicemail/td-p/1020010
But it doesn’t work for me I get response back “There was a problem processing your request to divert your voicemail. Please call us on 150.” Doesn’t it work anymore? Because I’m not diverting anything but disabling the voicemail.
Thoughts?

@abdurrehman It still works but you could try VOICEMAIL DIVERT OFF to 150.
If this doesn’t work try
VM ON to 150 turn the device off/on and then try VM OFF to 150.

@abdurrehman Have you tried turning the device off/on again? If you have and you still have this issue then do as the message is saying and call customer support.

I did call and they had to pass it to the tech dept and they did disable it for me.
