Pay as You go Roaming Voicemail

Just had the news yesterday that from today, whilst roaming in Spain, charges  apply to both make and receive calls whilst abroad. Am scrabbling about now trying to find solutions but meanwhile want to turn voicemail off to avoid more charges. Sent a text VM OFF to 150 which bounced back and instructed me to call 150. Now cannot find out if I will be charged to call 150 from abroad to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas how I turn voicemail off and how much it will cost me to do this? Thanks

Hi @Jan577

Could you try texting VM OFF to 150 again please?

Let me know if it works.

Have just tried again I get an immediate bounceback saying "there was a problem processing your request to divert your voicemail. Please call us on 150". Im also receiving a text every hour from EE asking me to call 150. This is crazy - Im not wanting a divert, I want to turn it off.  Then I dont know if all of these texts you are sending me are being charged, and I also cannot find any information at all on what it costs to either text or call 150 whilst roaming.  Please help me to get out of this ridiculous loop. Thanks

Hi @Jan577

I've seen people in a similar situation use a VoIP service such as Skype to call us from abroad. This is our international number: +44 7953966250
