Request for Payment Arrangement Due to Financial Hardship

Dear EE Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to inform you that I am currently unemployed and actively seeking new opportunities. Due to my current financial situation, I am unable to pay my monthly phone bills.

Additionally, I have returned to my home country and am currently outside the UK, which has made it difficult for me to access your live chat support, as it appears to be stuck and not working on my end.

Given my circumstances, I kindly ask if it would be possible to arrange a payment plan or if there are any temporary considerations or support options available to help me manage my account during this period.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Kind regards,
Roshelle

@rosharcillas  You have to call customer support about this.  This is just a public forum that can not sanction such requests

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, @rosharcillas

Whilst we aren't able to set up payment arrangements via these forums, we do have a dedicated team for all queries linked with outstanding bills and payments.

If you check out our help page here, this will give you all the details you need on how to reach out to us about this, along with details of the support available.

I tried to ask my colleague to call them but they said that I need to call them. It's just that I am already outside UK. I don't know how to call them that's why I tried to use the live chat but it's not working.

@rosharcillas If your EE phone is still working at the moment you should be able to call from there, but depending on your plan and where you're based, there may be roaming charges.

It's still possible to call from an overseas provider on +44 7953 966 250, but they would charge you at an international call rate.
