Pay off contract early

Robbiev31

I'm currently unemployed and I do t believe I can get to the end of my contract period without experiencing financial hardship. So I want to know if I can repay the remainder of my contract so I do have any problems. Can you advice me on the delicate matter, thank you.

@Robbiev31  of course you can pay off the remaining term of your contract. You just need to call customer support tell them you wish to terminate your contract. They will then give you the cost to pay off the remaining term of your contract.  This is only payable in one payment.

If you wish to change it to a PAYG you also need to inform them of this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
