I have a outstanding bill I've been trying to pay now for over a week now it's saying I have added charges for late payment system comes up as systems down every time ??

Hi @Garybirkett I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble paying your bill.

We have various ways that you can pay your bill, you can find a full list of all these options via this link: Ways to pay your bill

If you've incurred an outstanding balance, I'd recommend speaking to a billing guide, so that they can get this looked into for you.

To speak to a billing guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from your EE phone, or if you're calling from another device, it's 07953 966 150
