Renewing sim only contact

I am renewing my sim only contract. EE want to call me to discuss … I am abroad and they call me when I’m asleep !!!! They have emailed me saying to email them back which I now have three times! They’ve stated they’ll cancel the order if they can’t get through… but have also said email the specific advisor ( giving his email ) to discuss !! I am doing so and no one is replying it’s rediculous I’m so fed up!!!! I can’t call back from abroad I just want to have a conversation with a human and it seems this particular advisor is refusing to check his inbox !!! How can I organise this upgrade ! My contract ends at end of NOV and I cannot lose my phone number - please help .. as currently in Asia with a hefty time diff! Thank u any advice appreciated

Your contract does not end, neither does it need "renewing". You are approaching the end of your minimum term, but this does not mean your phone will be disconnected. Your service will continue on exactly the same basis it is now, on a 30day notice basis.
