I’m trying to contact the customer support team to help un-suspend my account as it was suspended due to missing my bill date I have now paid it but still have no service or way of contacting anyone and I can’t make phone calls to call the help team so I’m stuck !!! Need help!! @support

Which service, mobile, broadband.
It can take 48 hours to process payments but if you use Skype over wifi and the number in my signature you can contact EE CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
