I have gone to the EE perks web page and registered my nhs email account. I have been asked to validate the email address but can not do so as I haven't received an email with the link .
I have checked both my nhs and personal email (including the soam folders). Is this a scam? In the cost of living crisis we all need to save where we can and this is becoming frustrating.

Hello, I know this is very late.
I was a Service Desk Analyst for the NHS and sometimes not receiving emails can be due to your NHSMail account not being finalised. For example, if the account got created at 19:30 on Friday the 13th today for example and you try to use it, some features are guaranteed not to function correctly.
It can take a full 24 hours for NHSMail accounts to be finalised, it also documents this when you login for the first time.
Hope this helps other people having this problem. 🙂

I'm having the same problem as Ianscott.
I can't remember my EE perk password to access my NHS discount codes. I asked for a link to be sent to my NHS email address to reset my password but I have not received it, I have also checked my Junk folder, but nothing. I have tried 3 times now but nothing received.
I have received the NHS discount code once before, so I'm sure I have some discount codes left to use.
Can you help please?
