I have gone to the EE perks web page and registered my nhs email account. I have been asked to validate the email address but can not do so as I haven't received an email with the link .
I have checked both my nhs and personal email (including the soam folders). Is this a scam? In the cost of living crisis we all need to save where we can and this is becoming frustrating.

Hi @Ianscott
Welcome to the community.
No, it isn't a scam. I'm not sure why you haven't received the validation email though. When did you register? It could just be taking a little while to come through.

Thanks for your reply..
I registered over a week ago and have clicked the resend button for the verification email several times. The enail address that I have registered is 100% correct (i've checked incase I ade an error), and still nothing.

As instructed via private message, I waited 48hours for my email to be reset and tried to register again on the EE perks website this morning (8am). I still have not received an email to verify my account. How long am I expected to wait? I only have a limited amount of time to apply the discount to my account. It's as if EE don't want customers to be able to access these so called perks...
