I have gone to the EE perks web page and registered my nhs email account. I have been asked to validate the email address but can not do so as I haven't received an email with the link .
I have checked both my nhs and personal email (including the soam folders). Is this a scam? In the cost of living crisis we all need to save where we can and this is becoming frustrating.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I have added my wife to my contract and she is an NHS nurse. Currently having the same issue trying to get the 20% discount to work.

Hi @deanhawk1,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
What issues are you experiencing with your discount code?

My wife followed then instructions. Registered an account using her Personal email address & NHS email address. She the received an email to her NHS account asking to verify the account to complete the registration but when ever she enters her address and password it says the login details supplied are invalid. Would the fact that her phone contract is on my account? I'm assuming she is only setting up the account in order to get the discount codes?

Hi @deanhawk,
Yes, the Perk account is just to generate a discount code.
Are you trying to login with the NHS email address and password you used when signing up to Perk, rather than your My EE login details?

Neither worked. She then clicked to resend another confirmation email but hasn't received it yet.
