Is it possible to switch from a business account to a personal account?

I'm at the end of a 24month SIM-only small business contract (single user) but would like to switch to a plan which can include Netflix as an add-on. None of the business contracts allow this. Is it possible to switch to a personal account so I can get Netflix or can Netflix be a business add-on too?

It depends on a few different variables. The best advice I can give is to speak to our Business Support team so they can check the status of your account and advise you further.
