Call forwarding wouldn’t setup

Hello

I’m currently in Botswana for a visit. Before leaving UK I setup the call forwarding to another number. I’m trying to remove that number and add another number for call diversions but there is no option coming on my iPhone. 
Please help!

@Fxessex  Do you have cellular signal showing on the device?   You need one in order to change the call forward number as this has to route back to EE in order for the change of number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
