I still can't access my Business Account. This has been going on since Nov23!

I still can't access my Business Account. This has been going on since Nov23! EE have been no help, I've given up asking when I'm going to be able to log on.

Used to have to ask for my invoice every month. Now they are coming by post and we are being charged for paper invoices!!!!

This is ridiculous now

Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about what's been happening with your account, I can totally appreciate you'll feel let down if this has been going on for quite a while. 

When did you last speak with our business team about this issue, and how did they leave things with you?

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your response. I last contacted them in March. I just keep getting told that 'we know there's a problem and it's being fixed', 'you will get your 'paper' charges refunded'

I presumed that I would be contacted when access was restored...........??

If this is still under wider investigation then I'm confident we'll be doing all we can in the background to get this resolved. 

I'd still recommend giving them another call though, as they can then take a look into the charges that you've received for the invoices that have been posted out.

@SJG1968  Have you ever requested or been told that an account reset has been performed?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris,

Nope, no-one has ever said that to me. I've phoned so many times, all I get told is that the problem is being fixed.......

Update, so I thought this was going to be rectified as I had a phone call from a helpful EE representative who said that she would get the relevant department to reset our EE Business Account so I could gain access.

Tried today and still cannot access our account - this is beyond words now!
