@Ksanugula What @XRaySpeX is saying it’s a scam, EE would never offer you a discount whilst you’re within your contract term. Why would they you are bound to that agreement until the minimum term date.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
