Has anyone actually managed to link their phone number to the App so that they can download invoices digitally ?
I’ve been a customer since December and have spent hours on the phone to India and nothing ever gets sorted.
I have finally just today had a phone call from a British call centre who admitted that the App is broken, has been for month and there’s no immediate fix so the only option I have is to get paper bills sent every month or to ping over an email and actually ask for a bill to be sent. It’s quite comical actually. Oh yes, I have the phone call explaining this saved as proof.

This issue has now been fixed.
the issue began in December 2024 and was resolved on 11th June 2025
throughout that time I was unable to download my monthly bills in any way.
I contacted EE 50+ times either via phone call or email.
it’s unlikely I will renew my business contract with EE after the term ends and I have already taken out another 20+ business contracts with Vodafone instead after the initial billing issues with EE. Vodafone were able to provide me with monthly statements which was the only reason I went ahead. The business contracts manager at Vodafone actually laughed when I asked if he could guarantee I would be able to download my monthly bills because with EE business I wasn’t able to.

We're aware of some issues with Discovery+ activation via the EE app. Some customers aren't seeing the activation tile in the ‘Plans and Subscriptions’ section

Have you tried linking your details in the app? You can find help on doing this in our Linking Your EE Products page.
If you've tried this and still unable to view and download the bills, please get in touch with our technical support guides and they can get this looked into for you.
