Change my EE business number to a new EE pay as you go number

Hi I'm trying to change my number from an EE business account to EE pay as you go SIM I have. How do I do this please as the usual PAC code transfer service doesn't recognise my PAC

@joesalt : If it is a business no. only your firms' a/c manager can control the ownership of the no.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am the account manager, I've received the PAC code just want to transfer to pay as you go as I'm closing the business down.

Ah, OK. A PAC is for porting nos. between networks, not within the same network.

Just call CS & give 30 days notice to cancel your contact & request it be moved to PAYG.
