Recently switched my dongle and phone contract from a personal to business account. Why am I unable to gift data from my phone to dongle like before? Is there anyway to share data between as my dongle is only 4gb. Thanks in advance @

I live in the Canary Isles.I have been with EE for many years and my last 3bills have been between £60/80.My plan is £25 a month.Can you explain this please because I can not afford these sort of charges.

Upgrade Dates

On the new app I cannot see where the upgrade dates are anymore? Any ideas please?

New app.

Why can we no longer see  an itemised list of current usage ( calls and texts ) . The new app is far worse than the existing one was and that was very poor to start with!

App upgrade still faulty

The revised app is harder to use than the old, and that wasn't good. It hardly had an error free page. It's impossible to get current months extra charges, can't see plan details, greets with wrong time of day (good morning in afternoon etc. I don't ...
