Hi,
I can't download our Business invoices. I have been trying to do this since 15/10/23! I have been on the chat, waste of time, telephoned and told it would be reported. This is a business account and I need the invoice to reconcile the direct Debit payment. EE get it sorted!!

Spoke to business support, and they said they'd call me back within 3 days, never did, and I never got my invoices, how are we meant to run a business, when we can't use the damn system!!

Have had the same problem for the last 2.5 years of a 3 year contract. It is a complete joke having to ring up customer support to get them to send the invoices. The same useless information is fed to me on each call about the app and website having a few issues at the moment. We will be moving to another network for our next contract, its an inconvenience i’m completely fed up with.
