Business Connect data usage

We have a reasonable EE Business Connect plan, 40 users with a shared data allowance. But there is no way of actively seeing how much data we have left at any point during the month. The EE website (which is rubbish but there are no shortage of posts on this forum telling you that!) just says all of our numbers are 'unlimited' which is of course untrue.
The mobile manager is supposed to be our saviour, but this only provides reporting for usage once bills have been issued for the previous month. It's a good tool but is not 'real-time'.
What are we supposed to do?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I totally understand the need to be able to see what allowances you have remaining and be able to manage your business phones.
If you aren't seeing correct information, the best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our business team so they can have a look at the allowances and make sure everything is as it should be.

Thanks Michael, did try that but got immediately shut down because whilst we are billed direct from EE, we buy through a third-party, so the business team just said 'go speak to them'. Our reseller advises that certain portions of Mobile Manager are unavailable due to us not being direct customers, and neither them or EE can provide any solution for this.

A common problem with resellers! They take over responsibility for certain aspects of CS & billing - but if they don't have alternative provision for specific elements, then you don't get that. It works both ways of course - if their provision is better on a particular piece, you benefit.
