@jeremyspiller : Generally the domain was registered by the scammer within the last day, often from Malaysia.

We are unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via https:/ee.uk.acc-info563.com?e=3
Realised a scam as my bill has only just been paid by direct debit.

Any reputable company, not just in telecoms, would never ask you to "click here to update your details"

I have received two text messages one today with telephone number +447432464917 stating ... "[EE]: The payment for your most recent bill couldn't be processed. Please verify your payment details to contiue using your services <Link Removed>
I noticed the spelling error and the .com address. And know that I recently paid my bill...
The first message was received yesterday from EESecurity - the message was ...
EE: We have been unable to process your latest bill. Please update your details here to avoid further fees: <Link Removed>

@Rosie119 : They're scams! There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to update your a/c.
Don't go there but what were the links?
Report them to your network provider by forwarding them to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

I had the same text. Then today the bank has cancelled my card due to someone trying to hack into my account. I thought it was genuine and normally I’m quite good with spotting scammers.

Hi @Grasslisa.

I'm glad that the bank was able to cancel this before the scammers got any further.
I'd recommend forwarding this message to 7726 so it can be investigated further.

Hi @PTMT.
Welcome to the community.
The best thing to do would be to forward this message onto 7726 so it can be investigated further, then delete it.
Don't open any links that may appear in the text.
