Hi @dieselakita
EE Cyber Security powered by Norton comes with Dark Web Monitoring, Device Security, Online Threat Protection, Social Media Monitoring, SMS Security, and Norton™ Password Manager. It doesn't include a built-in virtual private network (VPN) feature.
Our Help using EE Cyber Security features page will help with the features included.

@dieselakita , have you downloaded the app? You can do this via the store app.

@dieselakita , sorry, do not know, but have you gone and seen if you can download the Cyber Security App? I do not have a laptop, but would have suspected you can download it from your software store.

This is the information what's included from my account but vpn isn't showing up for me to use a vpn it just shows the ones you have mentioned
I also get a notification on my laptop to turn on the cyber security vpn but I don't want to act on the notification has I've no idea if I could switch it back off
This is really confusing 😕

@dieselakita , on an IPad and IPhone, I can switch VPN off when clicking on settings general and where it says VPN and Device Management, I can switch it off, not sure where it would be on a laptop, although I would have thought it would be the same on a laptop, especially if it is a Mac laptop, maybe someone else can let you know.
