Just received a “landline call” from 020 8129 4570.

Indian sounding lady in a call centre offering 50% off my EE bill.. I said EE don’t call to offer such discounts but she was adamant it was genuine.. then went on to ask for my email address to verify my account!!  I said she would know that if from EE and I then ended the call - she hasn’t called back with the amazing offer again!!

Receive the same call today - swore blind she was calling from London and was paid a salary by EE but then referred to 'the company' when repeating the offer. Accused me of wasting her time 🤣 when I questioned her. Asked for an email address so I told her to send the offer to my email as they had all those details already. Hung up, number reported.
