I have access to a spare EE exclusive call of duty modern warfare 4 redemption code. 

how do i stand legally offering it as a prize in a free giveaway?

Not sure you can if this is an EE exclusive as that could imply you are associated with EE. Plus the code may not work which then means EE might have a liability.

Out of curiosity does any official EE employees or anyone able to clear it up or give me permission see the forum? Or is it all just members, I only ask as I’m new here

@BRDY , there are EE employees, who check the forums and reply, but depends on what the query is, as anything to do with accounts, they cannot check and do not know who you are, just like anyone else here in the forums. You could always contact EE customer service and they can take a look for you. Just read what @Northerner  has put in his reply, that will let you know what you can and cannot do with the codes, or, as I have suggested ring customer service for more advice.
