I didn't say that I was leaving!!! Where has this come from?! Concerned for security!!!

Darren, I’d advise you to lock all windows and doors if you are at home. If you’re not, please take shelter.

Have you visited any disconnection help pages online or through the app, even accidentally? 
This can trigger an automated email / text message to be sent.

Pretty sure I haven't! Perhaps I could have accidentally, but wouldn't that
be a big accident?! What are the chances?!

@DarrenOKC : Would you have have clicked on an option in your EE a/c about "Thinking of Leaving"? That may have triggered that email but all it does is tell you your exit fees if you were to leave. It does not cancel your contract.

To my knowledge, I haven't clicked anything of the sort and I'm concerned
that my contract has been cancelled. I'm yet to call EE up and check.
