Chances are the online account was set up by her/for her using the email that you log in using. Customer services should be able to change that for you.

Your EE Community profile was likely set up with that username in September 2020 (the date on your profile) and it would have remained the same from then.

If you once shared an account, it is likely they set up a Community profile back then and you are only coming across it now.
