Suspicious text on payment processing failure

to my other phone, it says

EE: We could not process your payment. To continue using your account visit our website: 

[link removed for safety reasons]

HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS as we pay regularly, have credit on the account and the last transcation yesterday refreshed all allowances. 

Reported to Action Fraud by forwarding the text to 7726.

"Click here to do anything payment related" is classic phishing technique.

Especially when easily compared with your genuine online accounts.

I have one saying:

EE: We could NOT take payment for your Iast biII. Your EE services will be placed on hold unless you visit: https://ee-notify.web.app

from tel: 07303100246

guess this is a scam as well!!??!!

I had the exact same text yesterday even though my account is in credit,  I have reported it to 7726

Yes, just had the same message.  All my payments have been taken...   this is the number my message came from   +447434726935

Thanks for flagging this @Cazhp.

If there was ever an issue with your bill, we would never ask you to log in to a link via text. 

Instead we would prompt you to log in to your EE App directly, or contact us on 150 or 360 from your EE phone. 

If you haven't already, I'd definitely recommend forwarding this message to 7726 like @Katie_B mentioned above, too.
