Hi, new to EE with an EE Smart Hub Plus recently installed (default out of the box). The Hub Manager interface is accessible via HTTP on my public IP address. Is there a way to disable this? Support didn't understand why this is a security concern and couldn't offer any advice on how to disable the hub manager externally.

@pscraven no it’s not possible but just change the admin password to your own. The longer the better. And if this was possible how would you do anything with the router if this was an option to enable? You’ll have to factory reset it as you wouldn’t be able to login to do anything.

Not possible! You must be addressing your public IP from inside your LAN and causing loopback.
