How can i remove search restrictions

@threewheelsmad , as you are on contract, you can do this yourself and remove content lock by going into My EE App and clicking manage at the bottom of the page. And then mobile and sim at the top of the page, then scroll down to settings and click on it you will see there you can change it.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@threewheelsmad : What search engine restrictions? Do you mean content lock/parental controls that restrict your access to adult sites?

What product do you have with EE? Are you on contract or PAYG?

did exactly as you said she was a lovely lady in ireland sorted all my problems and removed the safe search brillant many thx for the help...cheers chris

ps another question took the sim out of the mobile and put it in my motorhome router, im not sure if i am using the sim or a  nearby hotspot,how can i check this? thx in advance cheers chris
