Red 1 by Cyber Security icon but no messages

There is a Red background 1 on Cyber Security icon but I can’t see any unread messages or alerts.

If the iPad has not updated after deleting the app and re-installing please get in touch with our technical support team and they will get this looked into for you.

Thanks for coming to the community,
Have you tried the steps below to see if there are any alerts showing?
- Log in to your EE account
- Go to Add-ons and Benefits
- Then select EE Cyber Security.
- Click Manage to access the Norton portal, then check the ID Theft Protection section for any alerts regarding your personal information on the dark web.
If nothing is showing, are you seeing the red 1 icon in the app?

No ID Security Theft alerts and Red1 icon still showing on App.

Have you tried logging out and back into the app? If this still shows, could you try deleting and re-installing the app to see if the icon still shows?

I tried logging out and back in on both iPhone and iPad. Red 1 still on
both. Then deleted App on both devices.
Reinstalled on iPhone, requested to add Calendar Security which I did and
Red 1 went from iPhone. Thank you.
However, App automatically reappeared on iPad but with Red 1 still
showing. When logging in on iPad takes me to No seat available instead of
showing list as on iPhone.
