Scam call!!

I've just had a call from 02031037821, didn't answer and checked the no. It's been reported numerous times as a scam saying the are from EE. Thing I'm concerned about is, this has happened after I sent some time on Monday with yourselves re my broadband, firstly with tech support and then sales! Very strange that a couple of days later I get a scam call!!  Seems like someone in your company is passing on numbers!!

You did the right thing by not sharing any personal or account information and by taking steps to check whether the call was genuine.

If you're ever unsure about a caller, it's best to end the call and contact us through an official channel before continuing the conversation.
