Scam Guard Feedback?

Has anyone got any feedback on Scam Guard? Can't see anything about it, anyone using it? I have signed up but typically haven't had any 'scam' calls to test it, which is good but can't tell how well it actually works.

Would be interested to hear any reviews.

Yes, that's EE's info but nothing from users on how good or bad it is.

I know but you said "Can't see anything about it" so I gave you something about it to read.

OK thanks, sorry I thought I was a bit clearer as I was asking if anyone had any feedback and also if anyone was using it.

Yes, I would also like to see some independent feedback on this. I was in the process of ordering an eSIM for my phone, technically on the edge of my understanding, when up comes this option to spend an extra £1 a month on "Spam Guard" which I didn't know I needed. My first thought was that if EE is able to establish that an incoming call is malicious then why doesn't EE stop it anyway? This has shaken my trust in EE a bit so I've put my order on hold while I think about it.

I have tried it a couple of times now and just ended up cancelling it. The few times I did get spam calls it didn't detect them anyway. I like the idea but don't see the value, even if it's only £1 month.
