I recently got a text from 249 asking me the usual recent interaction rate out of 10 questions however i have not been to any ee store recently or called customer service?

from what i know this usually wont come up unless a member of staff has accessed my account in store? Is this something to worry about?

Morning @Ct1991

Thanks for coming here.

We do send messages for feedback from 249, usually if you have contacted us and spoke to our Mobile Care team.

To check the message I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team will be able to look into this for you

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

I received a text from 249 this morning I'm not sure what to make of it especially after all the EE points scam messages. Is this a real or fake text I haven't entered any details etc. I do have broadband with EE and have had it for a few years now.

That looks like a genuine message. We do send text messages for feedback from the number 249. You don't have to reply if you don't want to. 🙂

Thank you for using your phone on the EE mobile network recently. We'll text you shortly for some feedback about your recent network experience. All texts are FREE. To opt-out, please reply with STOP.

How likely are you to recommend EE based on the quality of your experience using the EE mobile network within the last month? From 0 (unlikely) to 10 (highly likely).

this is what I was just sent ???

@Ellalillyhearn : Looks innocuous.
