Why can I not install Sage Gen for AI Agent Protection via Cyber security on my PC?

Could you let us know where you're seeing Sage Gen AI Agent Protection and where you're trying to install it from?

What happens when you try to install this? Does the installation fail, get stuck, or not respond?

If you see an error message, please let us know what it says.

It was under advanced security in my EE Cyber protection as I got an alert of having to still set this up. It asked me to protect three different GenSage areas and when I clicked on them it just led me to a GenSage link which I had to copy and paste into google. I tried to download the Gen Sage  files, but they did not open once downloaded.  I did a full virus and security scan afterwards and  the files have now been identified as  malicious and have been quarantined. I now can no longer see it under AI protection, which has disappeared, but instead there is a new tab in settings saying AI Agent Protection and when I click on this it tells me that I have no compatible agents installed on my device. Absolutely mystified by all this.
