Hi
Safeguard is blocking my website www.piercingsbytim.co.uk for no obvious reason. I've tried emailing and have received no response. Please can I get it unblocked.
Thanks
Tim

Are you on contract or PAYG?
- On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
- On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for your reply but it doesn't help me. I'm trying to get my website to not be blocked by safeguard. I need visitors to my website, and safeguard is blocking them from accessing it.

What is "Safeguard"? What EE imposes on a mobile line was called "Content Lock" but is now "Parental Controls".
Isn't "Safeguard" something Plusnet imposes on fixed BB lines. If so, you should consult PN.

I don't know if it's an even older term, found here - https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.staidansschool.co.uk/w...
And on the email safeguard@ee.co.uk which is where unnecessarily blocked sites should be removed.
Whatever it's called, I need my website removed from the blocking, as there is nothing explicit on it.

OK, that indicates that SafeGuard was Orange's equivalent to EE's Content Lock & I've given you the instructions for that. You'll need to call EE to get your site a clean bill of health.
